Background

An aspiring professional with a passion for wisdom of all kinds, Tim Elrick is currently developing his thesis for a lunar master plan at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Holding a B.S. in Architecture with a Concentration in Urbanism, Tim graduated with a triple minor in Construction Management, Business Management, and Communications. The recipient of Wentworth’s highest honor, The Wentworth Bowl, he is also a member of honor societies Tau Alpha Pi and Tau Sigma Delta who recognize scholastic excellence in engineering technology and architecture, respectively. A Research Assistant for Wentworth’s Center for Applied Research, Tim has experience at renowned design and construction corporations Perkins+Will and Turner Construction Company that have helped to foster a holistic, interdisciplinary understanding of building. LEED AP Building Design + Construction accredited, Tim also specializes in sustainability, expertise he practices in both space and terrestrial environments. Tim’s interest in space architecture skyrocketed upon entering an international design competition titled, “Marsception 2018.” One day dreaming to found his own space architecture firm, Tim strives to play an invaluable role within this nascent field.
