Space Craft: Symposium on Space Architecture and Interior Design

Space Craft: Symposium on Space Architecture and Interior Design

The Space Craft symposium was a one-day event featuring topics related to both factual and fictional aspects of human living in space. It is part of an undergraduate interior design course organised by the Faculty of Art, Design & Architecture at the Kingston University, United Kingdom. The space design course is a creation of Daniele Bedini, space architect working for ESA. It includes lectures, workshops and a interior design project which challenges its students to design and develop a new spatial experience on board the Node 3 of the International Space Station. SATC vice chair David Wong was invited to give a talk about space architecture at the symposium.

More information about the symposium and the undergraduate course can be found here.
