Leo Eskenazi is an architect with over 30 years of experience in architecture, construction and Interior design leading hospitality, gaming and mixed-use projects in the US and internationally. In his role of Vice President of Architecture and Design at Hilton Worldwide, he manages the design process of all new development, conversion and renovation projects in Latin American and Caribbean including Luxury, Full service, focused service, lifestyle hotels and All-Inclusive resorts. Leo is also responsible for heading Regional and Global strategic Design initiatives including the development of new Prototypes, Development Guides, Brand Narratives, Design Guides, Design and Construction Standards, Key Brand Attributes Matrices, Market Studies, and leading forward-thinking and innovation-focused Global Design initiatives.
