PAVER
The TESSERAE case study is Aurelia Institute’s preliminary design of a self-assembling biotechnology research platform capable of supporting both a fulfilling human life and quality scientific research in Low Earth Orbit. TESSERAE will support a crew of four: two visiting biotechnologists and two career astronauts, who will spend 3-6 months aboard the TESSERAE habitat.
