BACKGROUND

Ting Li, Artist, Concert Pianist, and Artistic Director of the Silicon Beach Chamber Orchestra. Ting started playing the piano at age four and has never stopped. Ting offers masterclasses around the country. Ting completed her Graduate Studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music and performed with many members of the amazing Cleveland Orchestra.

Ting’s love of collaborating with talented artists, combined with years of study with legendary coaches Weidao Qian (Bel Canto Composer), Jin Du (Piano), Lydia Qiu (Vocal Coach, University of Michigan), Anita Pontremoli (Collaborative Piano Chamber Music Coach, Cleveland Institute of Music) resulted in collaborating with many great musicians in large and small concerts, an unparalleled opportunity to work with some of the most brilliant musicians and conductors of the iconic Cleveland Orchestra.

Ting is passionate about the Arts and Architecture at the intersection of New Technologies. “Music is liquid architecture. Architecture is frozen music.”. Ting chose to Prepare for her Architect License through the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Professional master’s degree in architecture (MArch). Ting has won the “Design and Leadership Awards” from a New York architecture firm, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Scholarship, and “Women in Architecture” Scholarship. Ting Li currently is a full-time employee of SEI DESIGN GROUP ARCHITECTS in New York.
