  • Previously worked for Oceaneering Space Systems as Space Environments Scientist (orbital and lunar surface environments.),
  • Previous positions at JSC include the ISS Propulsion and GN&C System Engineer/Flight Controller, ISS Program Scientist, ISS Robotics System Engineer/Flight Controller, Crew Health Care System Engineer/Flight Controller, ISS Operations Planning Flight Controller, ISS GN&C-Propulsion Flight Controller, Moscow mission control operations (HSG) during early phases of ISS assembly, and Space Flight Biomedical Engineering (cardiovascular, motor performance and neuroscience laboratories).
  • Other related activities and interests include: Certified Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor; Mountaineering/Extreme Environments – Colorado 14ers, Mt. Fuji, Mt. Aconcagua, and Mt. Kilimanjaro; Mars Society MDRS Crew 02; Versed in Spanish, Russian and Japanese;
  • Published papers and articles include Earth orbiting, lunar transfer, and Mars and Moon mission and vehicle architectures, Lunar dust, ISRU and landing site selection and development.
